Machining capabilities

CNC machining, Swiss machining, precision machining and custom-machined components for commercial and industrial customers.

Overview

Custom components, machined to customer requirements.

PAL's Machining Inc. provides CNC machining, Swiss machining, precision machining, custom-machined components and related manufacturing work.

These capabilities support commercial and industrial customers that need custom components and manufacturing services — whether a single part or a component that is part of a larger assembly or system.

We work from the drawings, specifications and technical documents you provide, and discuss the details of each requirement as part of the quoting process.

Machining services

M-01

CNC Machining

Computer-controlled machining that produces custom parts from customer drawings, specifications and CAD files.

M-02

Swiss Machining

Swiss-type turning, in which the workpiece is supported close to the cutting tool — an approach well suited to slender and intricate turned components.

M-03

Precision Machining

Machining work where accuracy, repeatability and fit to the customer's drawing matter to the finished component.

M-04

Custom-Machined Components

Components made specifically for a customer's application rather than selected from a catalog.

How we support customers

Practical machining support for industrial requirements.

  • Custom components built from your drawings and specifications
  • Machined work that can be combined with fabrication and welding
  • Components for use in industrial equipment and hydraulic systems
  • A single contact for machining questions and quotes
Materials, tolerances, quantities and schedules are discussed and confirmed for each project in the quote. None are pre-stated on this website.

Swiss machining

Support close to the cut.

In Swiss-type machining, bar stock passes through a guide bushing so the material is supported right at the point where the tool cuts.

That principle is why Swiss machining is widely used for slender, intricate or small-diameter turned parts. Contact us to discuss whether your component suits this approach.
